Important Shipping Information

All of us at Cytech want to thank you for your interest in the Double Park Lift. We also want to provide you with some suggestions on making arrangements to receive your lift. Your DP-7 lift will be shipped from our plant via common carrier. There are two items to note: 1)We are not allowed to ship hydraulic fluid due to EPA guidelines (See F.A.Q. page - on type of hydraulic oil to purchase); 2) We are not allowed to wire electrical plug on power unit (See F.A.Q.page - on electrical power requirements). The common carrier will contact you when the lift is at the destination terminal to set an appointment for pick-up or delivery. Here are some methods customers have previously used: The lift may be picked up at the dock with a flatbed truck or trailer. The truck line will load it at no charge. You can make arrangements with a local delivery service, at your expense, to pick up your lift and deliver to your residence. We recommend getting an estimate prior to the delivery service picking up lift. Yourself and two people can unpackage and unload the lift off the common carrier's trailer. This will take approximately 30-45 minutes. The common carrier will set an appointment with you and deliver to you residence at no charge to you. We can contact an installer in your area who can, at your expense, pick up the lift and install it. NOTE:The common carrier is responsible only for the delivery of your lift. They are not responsible and normally are not equipped to off-load the car lift.
